Like a day at the beach!

On a hot summer day, Chuch Apartment Program (CAP) residents and West Island Citizen Advocacy (WICA) staff put their swimsuit on and headed to the Cap St-Jacques beach! The CAP program provides permanent housing with daily living support and seeks to improve the quality of life for individuals who struggle with long-term mental health problems.
