Expanding your horizons

When we expand our horizons, we make better judgements and decisions, and broaden our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world around us. In the workshop, we will discuss psychological, scientific, and commonsense tools we can use to expand our horizons.

Emergency First Aid (EFA)

Date: April 21 & 28

CPR (level C), Choking and Automatic Defibrillation (adult, child and infants)

Heat and Cold emergencies

All participants will receive a completion card from the Heart and Stroke Foundation valid for 3 years.

This course is offered by the City of Pointe-Claire and it takes place at 81 Summerhill in Pointe-Claire, and not at our office at 68 Prince Edward.
