MENTAL HEALTH – EXPLORING LOCAL RESOURCES

In this workshop, we will explore the ways in which mental health challenges and mental illness can impact our lives or those of our loved ones, and discuss some of the common misconceptions and stigmas that are associated with these issues. We will also explore some of the tools, strategies and local community resources that can be used to manage mental health challenges, including self-care practices, therapapeutic services and social support organizations.
