A GUIDE TO SPRING CLEANING (In Person meeting)

Overwhelmed by Spring Cleaning? This course will show you the most effective methods for getting organized and decluttering your environment. You will learn methods used by industry experts to organize any space, eliminate non-essentials as well as a guide to living a clutter-free life. You will gain valuable skills that will lead you to a successful Spring clean up!

GARDEN PREPARATION FOR SPRING

Planning to be in our gardens is a feel-good exercise after our harsh winters. Let’s start talking about Spring chores to get going. This course will include information on when to uncover plants, what to add to the ground and how to plan ahead with design and plants.

UNDERSTANDING MENTAL HEALTH AND PROMOTING MENTAL  WELLNESS

Do you or a loved one have mental health concerns and aren’t sure where to start, or what it is or even means? In this course, we will learn about recognizing signs of mental illness, understanding its impact, and what steps to take on the path to recovery. We will look as well at how to better approach & support them during challenging times and move towards improving quality of life. A will protects your assets and your family, yet many don’t have a will or a power of attorney. This course will help you to layout your assets, gather documents needed for Will preparation, choose your executor and beneficiaries, nominate guardians and Power of Attorney.
